Attorney Daniel Bensimon Admitted to Nevada Bar

DOROT & BENSIMON PL is proud to announce that founding partner Daniel Bensimon has recently been admitted to the Nevada State Bar.  Daniel's Nevada Bar membership has expanded the firm's estate planning and asset protection services, now being able to take advantage of Nevada's estate planning and asset protection laws, widely considered the best such laws in the country.

DOROT & BENSIMON PL's expanded capabilities now include drafting and reviewing Self-Settled Nevada Asset Protection Trusts (both for completed gift and incomplete gift purposes), Nevada ILIT's, and Nevada corporate planning, including Nevada LLC's, Restricted LLC's, LP's, LLLP's.   Furthermore,  since Mr. Bensimon is now licensed in Nevada, use of local Nevada counsel to review documents is no longer necessary.  This enables the firm to pass these savings directly to the Firm's clients.   Back
